Job Summary

As a Payroll Representative at Parker Hannifin Corporation, you will play a critical role in managing the administrative life cycle of collaborators, focusing on payroll management, employee life cycle management, and benefits administration.

About the Role:

  • Manage the information and payroll of employees and their changes using Human Resources systems, adhering to legal obligations, Parker procedures, and ethics.
  • Responsible for payroll management, including registration of movements in payroll systems, salary modifications, and administration of payroll cards.
  • Assist with employee life cycle management, including onboarding, additions, terminations, and processes related to benefits administration.
  • Support the administration of processes related to the union, including tabulation of categories and certifications, and updates of collective contract benefits.
  • Manage payroll systems and IDSE system management.

Requirements:

  • Professional academic studies, preferably related to Human Resources.
  • 3 years of experience with pre-payroll or payroll processes.
  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources, desirable.
  • English intermediate level - advanced.
