Optumus, is a Healthcare Technology Company that offers a variety of services to medical practices and hospitals. We have an immediate opening for a Full-time Claims Support Specialist. Our Team members perform various day-to-day patient account functions for our Medical, Behavioral Health, and Specialty programs. Duties include patient and third-party billing, problem resolution, review of patients records to determine proper CPT/ICD-10 coding, interacting with physicians to ensure coding accuracy, and account inquiries. Familiarity with Managed Care, Medicare, and commercial insurance programs is essential. Experience in the use and review of electronic health records is a requirement. Strong computer, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally, by phone and in written formats are necessary. Skills and Qualifications:
**Requirements**:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role, ideally in the insurance or claims sector.
- Knowledge of claims management systems and proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized, have excellent time-management skills, and have good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, demanding work environment required.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

**Compensation**:
- $16,000 - 19,500 pesos before taxes
**Job Type**:
- **Full-time, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm CST, Weekends off**
Pay: $16,000.00 - $19,500.00 per month
