**Job Summary/ Misión del Puesto**:
Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the Manager, Compensation is responsible for the implementation and ongoing administration of the company's compensation programs in The United States. This position is responsible for the overall implementation, and administration of U.S. strategic compensation programs, along with the processes associated with supporting these programs. The incumbent partners with and advises HR and Business Leaders on compensation philosophies, programs, policies and practices, providing information and tools to effectively meet human capital and financial objectives for the organization and to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and organizational policies.
Additionally, this position oversees job evaluation, salary administration, short term and long term incentives, global considerations, and supplemental pay programs. The position coordinates the administration of aspects of compensation programs such as, long-term incentives, and base pay programs, and administers common review and salary administration programs.

**Compliance Administration
- Manages and administers all compensation related activity including but not limited to merit and incentive recommendations and the development and management of compensation guidelines, career banding, compensation studies, and incentive plan designManaging employee and job data in HRIS
- Operates as primary advisor and technical expert on compensation-related matters, including compensation philosophy, policies, programs and approaches, identifying client needs, managing the relationship, brokering development of solutions and delivering solutions to the business
- Preparing and maintaining job descriptions
- Contributes to the formulation of compensation and general HR department plans, objectives and strategies. Recommends changes to and new proposals for compensation programs based on the assessment of company needs.
- Partners with HR, overseeing and improving the year-end compensation planning cycle, ensuring effective management of allocated funding and sound decision making Participating in submitting and extracting market survey data Supervise Organics and Food Safety records ensure records are maintained, updated and available.
**Data and Analytics
- Leverage system usage to create data reporting an analytics capabilities to leverage Company’s strategy.
- Employs a proactive approach to the identification and implementation of trends and best practices
- Assigned projects partnering with HR, IT and payroll.
- Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive compensation offers for new hires; collects, analyzes and communicates data on benchmark positions, salary planning budget and incentives.
- Leads selection of and participation in salary surveys as well as research for additional sources of quality market data
- Leads and/or participates in compensation and cross-functional HR projectsAssist in preparation of presentations.
**Market Trends and Insights
- Assesses the implication of market trends on client groups, to identify compensation issues and opportunities, and to influence the Business Leaders.
- Records and reports approved compensation related actions and trending over time.
- Maintains a current knowledge of internal and external market compensation practices and trends on various topics, including pay and demand trends, organization design approaches, role definition, pay for performance and legal and regulatory requirements Employs a proactive approach to the identification and implementation of trends and best practices.
**People Management
- Maintaining two-way dialogue with direct reports on work and results.
- Train and develop others to support their career path.
- Define goals and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Documenting, interpreting and ensuring Company policies and procedures are understood and consistently followed by others.
- Collaboratively creating development plans and coaching individuals in achieving them. Be a mentor to people within and outside of the team.
**Annual Compensation Programs (Pay and Incentives)
- Active planning process.
- Participates in grade structure updates.
- Update training materials. Update HRIS systems.
