**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

PBNA has embarked on a multi-year journey to deploy the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT), an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solution covering all aspects of business operations. Most of the core functionality has been enabled in production, however the deployment of the solution at a site location level is ongoing. As the SAP S4 Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of the PGT SAP S4 Solution across PBNA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business deployment leads, other programs, and senior stakeholders to organize, prioritize, design and deliver robust deployments that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

**Your Impact.**

As Sr. Manager, SAP S4 Deployment Lead your scope would consist of:

- Partner and collaborate with Global Process and Solution Design Leads to deploy the end-to-end solution - Accountable
- Support decision-making for functionality in the PGT during deployment - Accountable
- Ensure PepsiCo policies reflected in the PGT are implemented to standard with appropriate localization - Consult / Execute
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - Consult / Execute
- Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the PBNA business units - Consult / Execute
- Collaborate with all scrum teams to deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology - Consult / Execute
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against - Consult / Execute
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience
- 10-15+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC)
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a deployment lead or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and business process reengineering concepts
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the project team
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 10+, MS Azure DevOps, Quality Center and MS Project
- Solves complex problems within their work team
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
- Consulting background a plus
