**Job Overview**: The Occupational Health Services Specialist oversees each step in the Occupational Health environment to ensure operations are processed effectively. Support clients by answering queries, assisting applicants with registration, monitoring and intervening as needed in the occupational health workflow to ensure test results are reported in a timely manner.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Confirm and expire drug tests based on vendor confirmation
- Check status on occupational health services completed 48-72 hours prior
- Adhere to and assist in creating and maintaining client specifics
- Contact vendors for additional information on testing requests
- Work with applicants in remote locations to find collection sites in their area, manually registering them for testing when necessary
- Manually registering applicants using the zip code associated with their current address when not registered within 24 hours of an invite being sent
- Compose and send occupational health test registration information to applicants
- Provide hands-on monitoring to ensure all client needs are met
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organization skills
- Team player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locations
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
