Bilingual Virtual Assistant
**Salary**: $16,000-$20,000 a month
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 pm CT and Saturday 8:00-12:00 pm
Work from home: 100% Work from Home

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and service inquiries.
- Provide information about our services, address customer queries, and resolve issues promptly.
2. Customer Follow-Up:
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
- Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
3. Research:
- Conduct research on potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in gathering information necessary for project bids and proposals.
- Stay updated with industry developments and new business opportunities.
4. Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond appropriately.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media presence and engage with our audience.
5. Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Translating for contractors and sales managers
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or masonry industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
