Objectif of the position

**Give the rationale of the existence of the position within the organization, reason for the creation of the position**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- ** Describe the main functions performed by the post to achieve its mission.**
- ** Point of contact with the client for the attention of requirements**
- ** Responsible for keeping informed of any situation operational within the Command Center Cordination of the Shift**
- ** Responsible for keeping the procedures and documentation updated**
- ** Coordinate the efforts and activities of the operational team in the Command Center: Shift Leader, Level 0 and Level 1**
- ** Ensure operational continuity during shift changes**
- ** Coordinate conference calls to attend to situations**
- ** Define proactive activities that prevent degradation or suspension of monitored services in the Command Center**
- ** Ensure the availability standards of the infrastructure under monitoring**

**Your Profile** Profile**
- ** Minimum experience of 3 years as Coordination of the Command Center.**
- ** Strong knowledge in monitoring and Event Management, tools and best practices**
- ** Experience managing incidents.**
- ** Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems (Unix and Windows) and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office**
- ** Effective oral and written communication skills to negociate with clien**
- ** Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast**
- ** Ability to evaluate situations effectively**
- ** Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately**
