**ESPECIALISTA CMI**

**Misión**:
El colaborador será responsable del análisis de información de mercado, administración de bases de datos y análisis del comportamiento digital.

Identificar a través de la extracción y análisis de datos la información clave para la toma de decisiones; incluyendo creación de análisis y reportes de rendimiento, listenings y benchmarks, tanto de redes sociales, páginas web y fuentes de datos como Kantar, Nielsen, Ibope por medio de insights con el objetivo de poder detectar áreas de oportunidad y realizar recomendaciones.

Además será responsable de identificar tendencias e informar sobre métricas de rendimiento clave que aporten al desarrolló de planes de acción acorde a cada marca.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Actuaria/Marketing/Estadísticas
- Inglés Avanzado
- Pauqtería / Software: Sprinklr, Google Analytics, BI, Hootsuite, bases de datos de ventas, Nielsen, Kantar o Inegi / MS Office 365

**Experiência**:

- Experiência en análisis y manejo de data mínimo 2 años
- Analisis de métricas digitales, bases de datos y creación de reportes y listening
- Entendimiento de métricas y estudios Nielsen, Kantar, Ibope

**Resposabilidades**:

- Extracción y análisis de datos. Recopilar data de valor a través de diferentes fuentes de información y uso de herramientas para análisis de comportamiento digital. Colaborar con equipos internos para crear análisis. El principal objetivo será centralizar la información requerida para generar accionables
- Reportes de desempeño. Realizará tres tipos de reporte:
a) Reporte consolidado de penetración y análisis de mercado con datos clave
b) Listening digital de marcas y/o tendencias digitales
c) Reportes extraordinarios de temas emergentes y que requieren una respuesta rápida
- Monitoreo de industria/ Competencia. Responsable por monitorear noticias sobre una red social en específico, para transmitir internamente toda la información que permita a Nestlé planear mejor su estrategia. Todo con el objetivo de mantener a la comunidad de Marketing de Nestlé a la vanguardia en la industria de Marketing Digital, insights de consumidor y tomar mejores decisiones de negocio.
