**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review order package and all required documentation to confirm all required

documentation and applicable information is available for implementation.
- Attend call(s) with the customer as coordinated by the Project Manager for information

gathering and/or validation with the customer.
- Communicate effectively with the customer and/or vendor to understand their setup and

business needs.

- Collaborates to maintain a library of system-supporting processes and procedural

documentation.
- Coordination of internal cross functional Managed Services Engineering to support

installation of MSx related services in current or future form including but not limited to.

**Desired Minimum Qualifications**
Education and Experience:

- Trade school/BA/BS or Associate Degree desired.
- Experience in information technology, managed services, telecommunications or other

relevant experience or college associate’s degree.
- Proficiency certification in one or more of the following: Office 365, Security Tools and all

Manage Services process platforms, competency, coordination and installation.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

internal order database management systems, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Proficient understanding of MS Operating Systems, Office 365, Backups, Firewalls and

SDWAN.
- Experience with supporting currently Microsoft Supported Server and Desktop operating

systems
- Experience with monitoring of ticketing system, prioritizing problems, supporting projects,

and supporting enterprise level infrastructure
- Experience working with inventory, supporting client hardware (workstations, laptops,

printers, and other equipment)

- Experience with systems administration
- Experience working with company and client documentation and storage procedures
- Expert analytical and problem-solving ability for issue resolution.
- Must be comfortable working in an accountable environment.
- Highly organized, must be able to handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Expert in prioritizing activities and scheduling to obtain effective results.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Exceptional oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to take ownership of the technical lifecycle of a service installation.
