_Como Sales Associate serás encargado de las operaciones de ventas del negocio, desempeñando un papel crucial en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones con clientes. Tu responsabilidad principal será maximizar las ventas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente, así como trabajar en colaboración con el equipo de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales establecidos por la empresa. Buscamos top performers que busquen desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes para fomentar la lealtad a la marca._

**Requisitos**
- Estudios académicos: Carrera en negocios internacionales, comunicación o carreras afines.
- Experiência: Mínimo 1 año de experiência en ventas, preferiblemente en hospitality ultralujo ó programas de internship relacionados.
- Idiomas: La fluidez en inglés (escrito y hablado) es esencial. Conocimiento de otros idiomas relevantes para el ámbito de desarrollo será valorado.
- Programas que deba dominar: Experiência práctica con plataformas de gestión de relaciones con los socios (CRM) y habilidades avanzadas en Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint
**Responsabilidades**:
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes para fomentar la lealtad a la marca.
- Maximizar las ventas, cumplir con los objetivos de ingresos y alcanzar cuotas establecidas.
- Brindar asesoramiento y orientación a los clientes sobre productos o servicios.
- Participar activamente en actividades de marketing y promoción para impulsar las ventas.
- Mantener un conocimiento actualizado sobre los productos y servicios ofrecidos.
- Gestionar eficientemente todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para lograr metas y objetivos comunes.
- Proporcionar informes y análisis de ventas periódicos a la gerencia.
- Resolver consultas y preocupaciones de los clientes de manera efectiva y profesional.
