**What you'll do**:
As a Pre-Sales Representative, your role is simple, you will be contacting potential customers who requested information online, asking them questions regarding their needs and connecting them with a Sales Solution Manager. Other responsibilities of the role include the following:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Utilize strong communication skills to build a rapport with potential clients.
- Make quick decisions to qualify the potential customer.
- Introduce the customer to the Sales Solution Manager.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Posses top-notch communication skills and are viewed as friendly and helpful to others.
- Strong people skills and a passion to connect with others.
- The ability to speak clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative.
- Demonstrate tenacity and willingness to persevere through calls.
- Ability to learn relevant Verifone products and service offerings.
- Presentation skills are a must
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- A high school diploma is required.
