**¿Cuál es el objetivo principal de la posición?**

Ser el soporte de datos y análisis para crecimiento. Ser el motor de crecimiento de Tienda Pago La posición de Growth Activation Specialist es de vital importancia para la compañía.

Esta persona analiza, mejora y/o diseña los procesos de activación, orquesta iniciativas para activar clientes, proponiendo a partir de la data y preguntando al cliente, cual es el problema que le solucionamos.

También se encargará de identificar oportunidades en equipo. Es un empedernido fan del cliente, con una solidez analítica envidiable y una visión de negocio amplia.

Buscamos a alguien que lidere y ejecute iniciativas centradas en el cliente, que no tenga miedo a equivocarse ni a proponer soluciones

**¿Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades del rol?**
- Extracción de datos por medio de SQL de acuerdo a los requerimientos que se tengan
- Realizar el análisis de los datos por medio de herramientas como R o Python
- Sacar conclusiones de los datos y proponer mejoras o pruebas sobre los procesos de Tienda Pago
- Liderar y llevar a cabo A/B testing para probar las hipótesis basadas en los análisis de datos
- Tener una visibilidad del cliente 360 integrando la información cualitativa y cuantitava para determinar que problema le solucionamos a nuestros clientes.

**¿Cuáles son los requerimientos para aplicar a la posición?**
- Título universitario en las carreras de Contaduría, Finanzas, Administración, Negocios o Ingenierías.
- Minimo 6 años de experiência laboral en el rol.
