**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Key responsibility 1 - Daily Tasks**
- Reception and management of local and foreign parcels of repairs from customers.
- Registration in the system.
- Enter estimate in the system and ensure customer is informed.
- Prioritize repairs with customers and watchmakers.
- **Key responsibility 2 - Daily Tasks**
- Check Final Control on completed repairs.
- Preparation of packages for FedEx/UPS shipping and tracking report.
- Follow up on answers/reminders and repair follow up.
- **Key responsibility 3 - Administrative/clerical tasks**
- Maintain office supplies.
- **Key responsibility 4 - Project**
- Participation and coordination of administrative tasks in RCS projects.
