**Department Overview**: Inside Sales is a vital part of each regional sales team. We are the first point of contact for new clients. We provide resources for various regions globally. Our role includes assisting with project details and generating new business.
**- Fundamental job responsibilities required of all incumbents-answer and qualify customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services. build and manage lead development pipeline
- Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions
- Generates prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads
- Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong business relationships
- Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date
- Act as single point of contact
**Additional Knowledge/Skills**:
- Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures
- proactively continue to understand products & solutions
- Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services
- Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction
**Basic Requirements**:
One or more years of experience within an Inside Sales organization.
Required native or fluent Spanish and English language both verbal & writing.
Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties.
