Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición **Principal Operations Technician** que estará localizada en **Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua**.

**PROPÓSITO**:
Ethicon Endo Surgery (EES) Independencia is recruiting for a Project Technician Principal located in Cd. Juarez Chihuahua. Mx. Responsible for participating in the coordination, documentation, execution and analysis of qualification generated through the ME Department.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:
Under limited supervision, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

- Prepare protocols and completion reports of routine evaluation and validations, e.g., component changes, equipment relocation and installation of equipment that is familiar to Juarez, as needed by Engineering Team.
- Perform testing of evaluation materials throughout the processes present in Juarez
- Record, analyze, interpret and report on data gathered in connection with a given qualification or validation.
- Write and document procedures for test methods, make changes to existing documents and process through Change Request in Windchill system.
- Train production associates to certain aspects of new or changes in production tasks
- Maintain test laboratory and lead all aspects of maintenance of lab testing equipment.
- Other responsibilities can be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
- Write programs on Metrology equipment.
- Install new Metrology equipment and troubleshoot.
- Support ETQ to generates NCR’S and ETQ reports, follow up and maintain as a vital.
- Support engineers in performing studies.
- Follows all company safety policies and others safety precautions within the work area.
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with environmental Management system (EMS) responsibilities.
- Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party vendor if applicable.
- Equipment upgrades and/or modifications.
- Update documentation through Windchill related to component validation.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed

**Calificaciones** REQUISITOS**

**EDUCACIÓN**:
A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Mechanical, Electric, Electronic, Electro-mechanic; Metrology; Instrumentalists.

4-6 years of experience or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactory perform the position responsibilities.

Or 50% or near completion at University, College, and job related experience (Engineering Degree Preferred)

**EXPERIENCIA**:

- Bilingual English/Spanish desired
- Good communication skills, verbal as well as written
- bilingual preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills that allow for interaction with multiple disciplines and organizational levels.
- Familiarity with testing procedures and testing equipment.
- Assists and / or performs tests utilizing the testing equipment into Technical Laboratory or production floor.
- Assists and / or performs component measurements (if required)
- Technical writing in area of work instructions and ability to process documents
- Independent work skills
