- Main responsibilities:
- Champion in customer service attitude enabling a highly collaborative environment towards internal and external stakeholders and participate in productivity improvement projects to achieve efficiency (cost reduction) and effectiveness targets year over year.
- Communicate effectively with direct manager and other stakeholders and active support the Sandoz working style being inclusive, proactive, respectful, and results driven in alignment with Sandoz Values and Behaviors.
- Ensure proper accounting of financial transactions and support continuous improvement of services in quality and effectiveness in close collaboration with manager, peers and GSC process streams.
- Partner with team members from other functions to ensure successful outcome and Isolate problem trends and ensure that troubleshooting efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are implemented.
- Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process including the development of user manuals, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc.
- Support a strong control environment, follow-up on audit issues and support to implement correcting measures and support the compliance team in the documentation of processes policies and procedures in support of Finance Core.

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
- CPA or Chartered Accountant is preferred.
- Advanced Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred.
- English or Local Language competent.
- Analytical mindset and ability to understand situations, interdependencies, and challenges in a holistic way.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-national and complex matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Flexible and reacts to changes promptly and efficiently.
