**What you´ll do**:

- You will develop, lead, and execute the marketing strategy for marketplaces in the Americas, more specifically you will be involved in negotiating with marketing key account managers packages for ads across platforms to increase visibility and ROAs.
- You will guide the team on SEO and organic search strategy as well as listing optimizations in each marketplace to improve conversion rates through better images, titles, descriptions, and customer journey.
- You will regularly realize in-depth analyzes regarding the performance of ads and optimize accordingly based on performance KPI's and keep control of ad spent, this will enable us to always be a step ahead of our competitors in terms of marketing and activation strategies.
- You will make sure that our products are ranked at the best places and you will lead highlighting campaigns by doing regular analysis and optimizations.
- You will be responsible for always looking for optimization tools and programs that take our marketing strategy to the next level.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- You have successfully completed your studies at a college or university (bachelor or master) in a relevant course with strong achievements
- Ideally you have experience in online marketplaces, business development, sales, or marketing (B2C / B2B)
- You have an independent, responsible, and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner
- You excel in strategical thinking and implement your strategies with an entrepreneurial-like ownership
- You are detail-oriented, analytically strong and have an affinity for numbers. In addition, you are communicative and enjoy working in a team and know how to manage your stakeholders
- You are Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- You can show good knowledge of MS Office (especially in Excel)
- You have an infectious can-do attitude, and you are a passionate all-rounder and pragmatist
