¿A quién buscamos ?
Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Assistant Head Coach Consumer Service quien liderará la estrategia de servicio y producto hacia nuestros consumidores en nuestra nueva Flagship Store: Nike Mexico City.
Bsta persona será la responsable de dirigir y controlar la estrategia de servicio y producto de la tienda, incluyendo la exhibición del producto para alcanzar objetivos anuales de venta y rentabilidad así como asegurar el crecimiento del negocio y la conexión con nuestros consumidores a través del producto.
¿En qué trabajarás?
- Responsable del cumplimiento de los objetivos a corto y largo plazo que afectan a la tienda.
- Supervisa el crecimiento sostenible y rentable del negocio de tiendas comunicando claramente las prioridades estratégicas del negocio al equipo y apoyándoles en su ejecución.
- Ciclo de vida del producto. Desde la recepción en el almacén hasta la comercialización visual en el piso de ventas, garantizará que el consumidor siempre tenga acceso al producto correcto en el momento adecuado.
- Entrena al equipo en el proceso " door to floor " de mercancías dentro de la tienda y los diferentes conceptos dentro de la misma tienda.
- Mapeo de talento de su equipo. Prioriza el desarrollo del equipo, la formación funcional y la retención para "ganar al cliente" a largo plazo en Nike.
- Planificación de negocio: crear la visión para el negocio (marca, atletas, consumidores).
- Conocer su perfil de consumidor, zona de mercado y estrategias de la competencia.
- Asegurarse de que todos los miembros de staff y atletas entienden y mantienen los estándares de merchandising visual de toda la tienda.
¿Con quién trabajarás?
Esta persona será responsable de liderar al equipo de producto y visuales de la tienda y reportará directamente el Head Coach. Trabajará de manera cross funcional con otras áreas como visual, merchandising, operaciones, almacén, consumer experience, etc.
