- Lic. Comercio Internacional / Administración de empresas o afín.
- Ingles Avanzado.
- Conocimiento en cadena de suministro.
- Experiência en servicio al cliente.
**Funciones** del** **Rol**
- Supervisar la correcta ejecución del proceso de cotización, seguimiento, rastreo, entrega y facturación de productos y servicio al cliente.
- Proporcionar análisis básicos y especializados de las operaciones de servicio al cliente, como tasas de éxito, resolución de problemas, requerimientos de recursos, facturación.
- Establecer relaciones efectivas con clientes internos y externos para identificar oportunidades, resolver problemas.
- Asistir con el desarrollo de objetivos de servicio al cliente, proyectos o programas multifuncionales que incluyen presupuestos, plazos, materiales, personal y otros requerimientos del proyecto.
