Renewal Sales Representative

Focused on building and maintaining customer relationships, this role ensures timely license or product renewals, contributes to sales growth, and provides a best-in-class customer experience through effective communication and strategic account management.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide customers with renewal dates and pricing details to facilitate timely renewals.
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within an established customer and territory base.
- Conduct online customer research to support renewal efforts and expand opportunities.
- Analyze customer feedback to capture product expectations, satisfaction levels, and potential attrition risks in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

**What you will likely bring**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers professionally.
- A proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

- 3+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success in renewal sales or account management.
- Experience with lead generation and driving upsell opportunities.
