About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Sales Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely license or product renewals, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with renewal dates and pricing details to facilitate timely renewals.
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within an established customer and territory base.
  • Conduct online customer research to support renewal efforts and expand opportunities.
  • Analyze customer feedback to capture product expectations, satisfaction levels, and potential attrition risks in the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers professionally.
  • A proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
