The Customer Service Inside Sales team provides value add by: Investigating prospective accounts and approaching customers remotely to identify new leads, or up-selling/cross-selling opportunities. Introducing customers in the product and after sales service program, identifying customer needs and selling solutions. Handling inbound requests for product information, and direct customers to website or other company resources. Creating activity reports and recommendations for further actions, and collaborating with both Sales and Engineering to maximize upgrade-orders. A job at this level: Sells low-volume and focused products and services, to both existing and prospective customers, according to guidelines(onsite or remote). Serves small business clients in retail or other similar sectors, or a range of customers from remote. Plans own work and activities according to respective plans. Approaches stakeholder actively to provide product related information and support. Deploys services to fulfill stakeholder expectations, in cooperation with sales administration and/or customer service.
