**Responsibilities**:
- Contact current and prospective customers to meet their needs and identify sales opportunities
- Act as an internal account coordinator for assigned accounts
- Establish connections with new clients to expand our customer base
- Provide accurate quotes, input orders, and follow up on transactions
- Collaborate with the Sales team to exchange insights on potential sales leads
- Ensure prompt and quality delivery of customer orders, coordinating with logistics as necessary
- Assist other Inside Sales Representatives in managing and expanding their accounts
- Recommend appropriate products to customers based on their needs
- Stay informed about market trends, product advancements, and competitors' activities
- Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer service to strengthen client loyalty
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 MXN month, benefits and great commission package
- Work from home and will need to travel to meet clients
- Exciting and challenging projects with room for professional growth
Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Ventas: 5 years (preferred)
