Descripción del empleo
Hemos creado el mejor programa de desarrollo llamado**:_Graduate Development Program_**_, el cual te ayudará _alcanzar tu máximo potencial dentro de nuestra organización.
Este programa tiene duración de 18 meses en los cuales recibirás capacitación continua para tu aprendizaje y a la par entrenamientos prácticos con oportunidades retadoras para tu desarrollo con proyectos operativos que impulsarán tu carrera profesional.
En los primeros 5 meses conocerás cada etapa de nuestro proceso de fabricación de envases de vidrio, así como interactuar con el equipo de plantas y expertos de la industria.
El objetivo final es prepararte para que tengas una carrera exitosa dentro de nuestra organización y formar parte del fabricante más grande a Nível Global de envases de vidrio.

**Perfil**:
- Recién egresado (máximo 2 años de experiência laboral) en carreras como Ingeniería Mecánico, Mecatrónico o afines.
- Inglés conversacional avanzado
- Disponibilidad para viajar y/o cambiar de residencia
- Alta energía, iniciativa y empuje, sentido de urgencia, trabajo en equipo y orientado a resultados.
- Interés de crecimiento en el proceso de manufactura.
