Position Overview

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by meeting sales targets within a designated territory or account. This position is also responsible for developing strategies to maximize sales volume in alignment with sales forecasts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Location Requirement: Must be based in Monterrey / Torreon.
  • Has the authority to negotiate product/service terms.
  • Assists in strategizing territory and account management while overseeing resources.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record in representing related products with demonstrated success.
  • Strong history of achieving significant sales and closing deals.
  • Effectively manages time and territories, formulates account strategies, and communicates customer needs back to the organization.
  • Proficient in understanding and conveying all product and technical information.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Competent in preparing professional written proposals and calculating financial figures.
  • Familiar with applicable computer systems, including Microsoft Office and specific software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the Monterrey / Torreon area.
  • Business conversational English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 4-6 years of successful sales or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and financial acumen.
  • Skilled in conducting territory analysis and strategic planning.
