**Tus Obligaciones**:
**Role Purpose**:
This position will be responsible of the rebates settlements process and provide info for customer payments (sales deductions) by being a link between Credit and Collections, Sales and Controlling always keeping in mind the compliance attributes the company requires.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Analyses of all customers fixed and variable conditions as primary activity: to ensure all supporting documentation is in place and according to Audit requirements for settlements. Aligned with customer service and settlements calendar.
- Issue credit notes according to customers’ requirements such as invoice references and number of deductions.
- Upload of invoices/credit notes to the portals which are in process of being clarified or for payment process.
- Responsible of price differences analysis for all customers - all supporting documentation and definition if the deduction proceeds or if it can be on claim.
- Review and analysis of information from the customers’ portals regarding deductions - details of deductions for specific channels.
- Review and resolve customer audits.
- Follow up open items with credit and collection to deliver credit notes on time to the customers.

**Knowledge, skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance / Controlling / Accounting or Credit and Collections.
- Excel (advance) for large data base.
- Proactive and teamwork.
- High follow-up and time management skills
- English Intermediate
