High Strategic and innovative Approach
- Develop positive relationship with clients, managing client’s expectations, and working with all the staff areas in order to deliver the service to the producers.
- Knowledge and experience in recruitment, training and managing strategies through traditional and digital resources
- Complish with annual goal of new producers while tracking Business Drivers and KPI’s all aligned to SME strategy.
- Aligning and execute the company strategy and action plan to achieve the production and budget target plus individual recruitment goal.
- Long-term oversight and focus in the digital discipline and technological tools for producers
- High capability to engage Wholesalers and new producers creating the business relationship
- Organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities focusing in the self service and web platforms in line with company direction
- Understand the company’s operation procedure and ensure the operation appropriately align with compliance and regulations
- University degree (business, marketing, communications and/or similar)
- Requires soft & technical skills (leadership, organizational, planning, communication, decision-making, delegation, problem-solving, motivating, negotiating, recruitment strategies.
