**Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona talentosa y comprometida para ocupar la posición de Planeador de Servicio para Apodaca, Nuevo León, quien será responsable de liderar y coordinar la planificación general de los servicios, con el propósito de asegurar el éxito de los servicios y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes, todo esto considerando un trabajo seguro, optimo y de calidad.**

**Principales actividades**:

- Planificar y organizar las actividades de acuerdo con los requerimientos estipulados en el alcance del servicio (Unidad de Negocio UN), realizando el control y evaluación de los avances mediante indicadores de gestión, respetando presupuestos establecidos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas y compromisos establecidos con nuestros clientes.
- Analizar y gestionar oportunamente los requerimientos de materiales requeridos para el desarrollo del servicio.
- Asegurar la entrega de informes a cada cliente según la periodicidad comprometida
- Corregir e informar oportunamente a su superior desviaciones y/o deficiencia que afecten el proceso normal de prestación de servicios, preocupándose de seguir reconocer los riesgos que puedan impactar la probabilidad de éxito del servicio.
- Deberá establecer procedimientos de trabajo en conjunto con Especialistas de Seguridad y Supervisores con antelación a la ejecución de los trabajos, teniendo hincapié en el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad para cada Servicio
- Organizar reuniones semanales con el equipo de trabajo para dar a conocer las actividades semanales y mensuales, dejando evidencia de estas reuniones a través de minutas informadas a gerencia.
- Gestionar en forma eficiente el Backlog de Servicios, adaptando los recursos necesarios a la demanda de servicios con el fin de que estos sean atendidos oportunamente en las fechas esperadas por nuestros clientes.

**Los principales requisitos del cargo son**:

- Escolaridad: Carrera concluida en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica, Industrial o afines
- De 2 a 4 años de experiência trabajando en el giro con un conocimiento preferentemente completo de las funciones de técnico o relacionados.
- Desarrollo de negocios y estrategia para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Administración operativa
- Conocimiento en seguridad ocupacional
- Conocimiento de la Norma ISO 9001:2015
- Cumplimientos de Objetivos y Políticas
- Conocimientos de Mecánica, Electricidad y Control
