Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders and asset delivery progress.
- Collaborate with Production, Buyer, and Planner teams to ensure timely follow-up on customer orders.
- Resolve licensing issues and record them in the support database.
- Maintain the integrity of data in the MFGPRO database and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Utilize the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
