Customer Care Specialist

We're seeking a customer care specialist in Mexico City to join YouScan Customer Success team. This professional will work with prospective, new, and paying customers, so this role combines sales development and customer service responsibilities with the prospect of growing into an account manager position. It's an entry-level position that requires about 1 year of relevant experience.
Excellence in customer service is one of the hallmarks of our company. Together with your team—Account Executives, Customer Success and Support Managers—you will be responsible for helping every user achieve their goals with the YouScan platform in a timely and accurate manner.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Delivering customer feedback to the product team.
- Participate in the prioritization of YouScan development tasks, taking into account customer feedback.
- Assist customers in setting up their accounts.
- Assist the Account Executive in preparing for demo calls, webinars, filling out details in CRM;
- Conduct qualification calls with inbound leads.
- Assist with social selling & post-demo activities.
**Our Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in a support or sales role.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
- You are focused on results and are used to seeing things through from start to finish, regardless of the difficulties and obstacles that arise along the way.
- You are constantly evolving, bringing new ideas to the table and showing initiative.
- Show empathy.
- Able to work autonomously.
