We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist in Mexico City speaking **Spanish (fluent), English (B2/C1), and Portuguese (B1+)** to join the YouScan Customer Success team. This is an entry-level position.
Excellence in customer service is a hallmark of our company. Together with your team—Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Support Managers—you will be responsible for helping every user achieve their goals with the YouScan platform in a timely and accurate manner.
This is a remote position, but the schedule should be adjusted to CDMX business hours.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Delivering customer feedback to the product team.
- Participate in the prioritization of YouScan development tasks, taking into account customer feedback.
- Assist customers in setting up their accounts.
- Assist the Account Executive in preparing for demo calls, webinars, filling out details in CRM;
- Conduct qualification calls with inbound leads.
- Assist with social selling & post-demo activities.
**Our Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in a support or sales role.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem solving, planning and multi-tasking skills.
- You are focused on results and are used to seeing things through from start to finish, regardless of the difficulties and obstacles along the way.
- You are constantly evolving, bringing new ideas to the table and showing initiative.
- Show empathy.
- Able to work independently.
