Forecast Manager for Sales & MKT
Our company is looking for Demand Planning experts to join this amazing family
MISSION : Foresee business evolutions impacting demand forecast at aggregated level, by challenging and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to propose an accurate demand plan.
The role will also Lead Key SC transformation projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Facilitates region demand review meeting
- Involves Sales and Marketing teams and ensures their accountability in demand review process
- Influences/challenges stakeholders to validate the proposed forecasts, based on qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Proposes demand plan at aggregate level to feed S&OP
- Documents demand risks and opportunities (at customer level if relevant)
- Steers demand forecast accuracy and applies corrective action plan
- Reconciles forecast variance analysis with business trends and recommends progress plans to organization
- Maintains demand review process maturity and facilitates the progress plan.
Language : English proficiency is mandatory.
