The JPM Treasury Services line of business is seeking for an analyst to join to the Mexico TS Client Services team, based in Mexico City. The TS Client Services team is responsible to support our clients in the day-to-day needs of the Local/International Cash Management Products. Client Services team is focused in providing the best in class services to our clients contributing to increase of the JP Morgan businesses.

The main purpose of this position is to provide assistance to customers in their day to day treasury operations and support the Client Service Account Managers (CSAMs) in their portfolio. As a Client Service Transactional Analyst, you will conduct research and analysis in order to respond to internal/external clients inquiries and come up with solution to business problems, ensuring all client service related tasks are completed promptly with a high degree of quality and efficiency.

The Client Service Transactional Analyst will assist the team in acting as the client advocate and drive internal coordination by partnering with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance to deliver service excellence.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Client Service team central point of resolution and escalation for service issues and to provide assistance in the day to day treasury operations
- Provide back up for all activities when necessary.
- Full ownership regarding problem solving and escalation, to ensure timely resolution
- Identifies and addresses product/service gaps and development opportunities, leveraging the full array of Treasury Services product capabilities
- Ability to analyze client behavior and trends to propose service efficiencies
- Adheres to and ensures client's compliance with risk policies/practices and educates clients on new legal/regulatory/cyber changes
- Direct relationships with clients and internal service providers, resolves issues, directs production and establishes and monitors client SLAs.
- Provide high-level guidance to the team and ensure that Client Satisfaction and SLAs are met or exceeded.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
- Good understanding of core and intermediate Treasury Services product sets, systems and channels. (Access,H2H, APIs, file transmissions)
- Thorough understanding of financial exposure and operational risk related to transactions associated with bank products and services.
- Must be fully fluent in Spanish and English language, verbal and writing;
- Knowledge of MS Office package;
- Client-facing skills;
- Self-motivated;
- Ability to effectively partner with internal colleagues and external clients.

- Strong Data Analytic skills.
- Strong time management skills in a fast paced environment; demonstrating ability to balance competing priorities and deliver on commitments.
