**ACTIVITIES**
- Participate in the achievement of the objectives of the Automotive Laboratory and the organization
- Contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.
- Coordinate the acquisition of new projects
- Promote the opening of new markets and services
- Develop new business with potential customers
- Expand relationships with existing customers
- Define and establish activities from requisition to client acceptance
- Generate analysis reports on sales, costs and profits
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 to 5 year of experience in **sales** and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Knowledge on testing and validation services for the **automotive industry, with OEMs and System Suppliers**, Experience in projects for top automotive customers
- Knowledge of **standards **(ISO9001, ISO17025, TUV and EMA requirements), customer specifications, knowledge of applicable test methods. Handling of 8D's and 5S's tools. Calculate inputs and material resources for the development of the service and/or product
- Familiarity with **CRM tools**:
- S4 / HANA: Sales & distribution module (is a plus)
- Soft skills such as Negotiation, Management and resolution of conflicts, Persuasion and management of labour relations, handle multiple client accounts and Problem-solving
- ** Fluent English**
