At Naya Homes, we're building a vacation rental management company that helps homeowners increase their financial returns and remove their operating burden while providing guests with magical stays. As we scale, we will be uniquely positioned to leverage our data to provide additional services to homeowners and developers while we unlock a new asset class in Latin America.

**Role Overview**

As the Hospitality Operations Specialist within Naya Homes' Central Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our company. Your primary focus will be on streamlining internal processes to ensure the seamless management of property maintenance and housekeeping operations. With a keen eye for quality, you'll implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold high standards in property condition and cleanliness, ensuring the satisfaction of both guests and property owners.

Responsibilities will certainly evolve, but early work can look like
- Develop and streamline internal processes to ensure efficient property maintenance and housekeeping operations
- Implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness throughout our market portfolio
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of property assets and reduce long-term costs
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in property condition and cleanliness
- Regularly assess and audit property performance
- Create frameworks to ensure properties are cleaned to high standards before guest arrivals and after departures
- Establish partnerships with reliable contractors and service providers
