**In this role, you will**:

- Web Strategy: Develop and implement a cohesive web strategy for the Mexico region that supports the company's overall objectives including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implementing innovative strategies to drive growth.
- Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the Mexico website, ensuring that it remains up-to-date, is localized, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Localization: Collaborate with our Localization Manager and the Content, Product, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure relevant messaging, content, and imagery across the site.
- User Experience Optimization: Partner with the Mexico Marketing team and our UX Manager to identify opportunities for innovative ways to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates.
- SEO and SEM: Partner with our SEO and Paid teams to ensure we have strong, localized strategies to improve the website's search engine visibility and drive organic and branded keyword traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and partner with our Analytics team for data-driven insights to optimize website performance and inform future strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Product, Events, and Customer Marketing to:

- Align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on web strategy, localization, and website management.
- Experience with website management platforms (eg. Contentful), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
