Job Description:
Title: Customer Service Supervisor
Reports to: Customer Operations Manager (US-WA Bothell)
Available Locations: MX-Monterrey
Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide performance management, including goal setting, performance feedback and reviews, and coaching and development to team members.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members.
- Day-to-day leadership in the areas of resource deployment, project management, and scheduling.
- Ensure that order entry, credits, returns, and other sales transactions are completed under established compliancy guidelines, resulting in auditable documentation.
- Optimize order fulfillment by monitoring status’, identifying roadblocks, and implementing corrective measures in a timely manner.
- Identify and escalate problem issues.
- Monitor performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Engage in process thinking and deploy principles of Lean Management.
- Engage continuous improvement resources to improve process efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of (5) years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Supervisory experience preferred. Or relevant bachelor's (four year) degree
- English language fluency, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work an in-person or remote hybrid work schedule based in Monterrey, MX
- High level experience with office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, Dataloader, Salesforce, Oracle
- Ability to think and act strategically in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional manner and handle stressful situations in positive, tactful manner
- Demonstrated leadership ability - with great attitude, high energy, and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with great organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and short timelines.
- Detailed oriented, good organizational and time management skills (preferably using a Personal Management Plan)
Nice to have:
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Proficiency in problem-solving through the ability to self-learn, think critically, and have fun while doing it
- Understanding of “Lean” concepts and strong orientation toward quality, process improvement, and change management
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations; effectively manage change; shift gears comfortably; decide and act without having the total picture; comfortable handling risk and uncertainty
- Assimilate quickly into a team environment
- Ability to manage, delegate and multi-task across several systems at once, and keep on top of details
- Ability to work in an environment where all ideas are welcome, discussed, and critically analyzed; where once a decision is made, even if it’s not your preference, you go commit to making it a success
- Enthusiasm to interact with internal Team Members, customers and associated customer-facing processes
