We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, deliver world-class service, and contribute to the company's continued growth.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using cutting-edge technology.
  • Providing expert guidance to customers navigating Uline's website and online ordering platform.
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer questions quickly and confidently.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree is preferred).
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, including verbal and written communication skills.
