We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our Engineeringuk team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in resolving complex issues and providing timely, helpful support. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to navigate our company websites effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Navigating our company websites and providing customers with accurate information
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of related experience and/or training in customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on location and experience)
