Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in San Luis Potosi. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
This is a contract role with a duration of 6 months, offering the opportunity to work with a leading global company in the stainless steel industry.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with information regarding lead times, order status, and delivery details. You will also be responsible for executing quotes, releasing orders for shipment, and generating invoices.
You will work closely with the Outside Sales team to nurture and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably in the metals industry. Intermediate-level English language skills are required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is a plus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing quotes for both Americas and European production facilities
- Providing accurate and proactive order status updates to customers
- Releasing orders for shipment and generating invoices
- Troubleshooting/problem-solving late orders, missing paperwork, logistics issues, production-related issues, concessions, etc.
