**JOB SUMMARY**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise the correct execution of benefits projects.
- Conducting benchmarking studies and other research; provide value added analyses and summaries.
- Create business case to recommend benefits programs to management by researching employee requirements, trends, market prevalence and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
- Supports management’s decision-making process by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements.
- Informs stakeholder of benefit usage by preparing and distributing benefit reports.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members regarding benefits projects.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as directed.

- Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages, policies, and legislations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers & directors.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Analytical thinking.
- Project management skills.
