**_HR Manager Planning and Comms_**
Uno de los objetivos principales de este rol es administrar, diseñar y planear la comunicación de Recursos Humanos ya sea para comunicados dentro de la función como comunicación de HR para las Funciones y Negocios de HSBC.
Este rol da soporte a las campañas de comunicación de Recursos Humanos, utilizando todos los medios y canales disponibles, así cómo la distribución del contenido e información que vaya acorde con las políticas y lineamientos de HSBC internamente.
Conocimientos:
- Buen conocimiento en el uso de JIRA para la captura de requerimientos de IT
- Experiência en el uso de programas de diseño (Photoshop, UMAtube)
- Conocimiento metodología Agile
- Conocimiento de People Insights (deseable)
- Excelente uso de zoom para grabación y gestión de webinars en zoom
- Conocimiento del uso de sharepoint para creación de encuestas
- Inglés intermedio
- Manejo Excel
- Excelente ortografía y redacción
Requirements
Ya que también tiene una una fuerte relación con áreas operativas de RH y el área de Comunicación Interna así como IT también es necesario
- Buena comunicación, presentación y habilidades para influenciar
- Habilidad para trabajar profesionalmente con lideres senior
- Habilidad para comunicarse con colegas de la función y fuera de HR
- Tener sentido de urgencia, organización, resolución de problemas complejos, iniciativa
- Fuerte habilidad para comunicarse de manera escrita y verbal
- Habilidad de adaptación y trabajo por objetivos
