**Position Overview**:
We are seeking passionate individuals from Mexico and Egypt to join our team as Real Estate Follow-Up Specialists. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to our core values, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience is not a must; we value enthusiasm and dedication above all else.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture leads and maintain relationships.
- Assist in organizing and managing client databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
**Work Schedule (EST Time Zone)**:
- Monday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (Lunch 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)
- Tuesday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Lunch 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)
- Wednesday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (Lunch 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)
- Thursday: 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Lunch 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)
- 1st and 3rd Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Commitment to upholding the core values of kindness, integrity, growth, and unity.
- Proficiency in English with an American accent is required.
**Compensation**:
- Base Pay: $5-$10 per hour
- Commission: 2-3% on every closed deal
- Average deal closed by our team: $27,500
