Business Development Representative

**Duties**:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business development and achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through warm calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to maximize profitability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from clients
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for agreements
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Fluent in English and Spanish

Deberes:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para impulsar el desarrollo comercial y lograr objetivos de ventas.
Identificar y buscar nuevas oportunidades de ventas a través de llamadas cálidas, contactos y referencias.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y brindando soluciones adecuadas
- Realizar estudios de mercado y análisis de la competencia para identificar tendencias y oportunidades.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar la entrega perfecta de productos o servicios a los clientes.
- Preparar y entregar presentaciones de ventas, propuestas y contratos.
- Negociar términos y condiciones de acuerdos para maximizar la rentabilidad.
Calificaciones:
- Experiência comprobada en ventas técnicas o desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en la industria tecnológica.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas para evaluar las necesidades del cliente, analizar las tendencias del mercado e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Capacidad demostrada para cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas e impulsar el crecimiento de los ingresos.
- Competencia en el uso de Salesforce u otro software CRM para gestionar clientes potenciales, oportunidades e interacciones con los clientes.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación para asegurar términos favorables para los acuerdos.
- Cualidades de liderazgo con capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborar con un equipo.
- Fluido en inglés y español.
