**EL ROL**

Estamos buscando Ejecutivos de Desarrollo de Negocios (VENTAS) para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición es 100% ventas, ya sea gestionando cuentas existentes o creando nuevas.

Prospección, Monitoreo, Visitas, Coordinación.

**LO QUE NECESITAS PARA TENER ÉXITO**
- Ser PROACTIVO, DINÁMICO y tener ALTAS EXPECTATIVAS.
- HABLAR Y ESCRIBIR EN INGLÉS Y ESPAÑOL CON FLUIDEZ.
- 1 año de experiência en ventas, desarrollo de negocios, desarrollo de proyectos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones bajo presión y adaptarse a cambios constantes.
- Habilidades de comunicación en ingles excepcionales, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico
- Conocimiento básico de productos y servicios relacionados al têxtil
- Orientado/a a resultados y habilidades demostradas para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Uso de CRM
- Generación de nuevos prospectos
- **Atención al Cliente**:Ser el primer punto de contacto para los clientes, respondiendo a consultas y proporcionando información precisa y detallada sobre nuestros productos.
- **Gestionar y mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes, **asegurándose de que sus necesidades y expectativas sean cumplidas de manera oportuna.
- **Trabajar en colaboración** con los departamentos internos para garantizar la precisión y viabilidad de las cotizaciones proporcionadas.
- **Ventas**:Identificar oportunidades de venta y promover productos adicionales que puedan satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
- **Cumplir con los objetivos** de ventas establecidos y contribuir al crecimiento continuo de la empresa.
- Monitorear contratos con clientes
- **Seguimiento Postventa**:Realizar un seguimiento proactivo con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción después de la compra y abordar cualquier problema o pregunta adicional.
