Actividades:
Realizar un seguimiento e informe del estado de la validación de crimpado USCAR 21, USCAR 38 Y USCAR 45 para cumplir con los requisitos del cliente. Proporcionar la coordinación de las actividades asociadas con el monitoreo, la medición y la generación de informes sobre el estado de la validación de crimpado USCAR 21, USCAR 38 Y USCAR 45, los entregables de PPAP, además de otras iniciativas de calidad, en todos los programas.

Desarrollar e implementar programas para establecer y mantener los estándares de calidad de los productos y servicios existentes, así como desarrollar programas para enfocar a los empleados en la mejora de la calidad. Apoyar el desarrollo de políticas, procedimientos y métodos para verificar y mejorar productos, materiales, componentes y/o calidad operativa.
- Trabajar directamente con PM/AMQE para definir el cronograma del programa y las fechas de finalización requeridas para las pruebas USCAR 21, USCAR 38 Y USCAR 45, los entregables del PPAP y comunicar estas fechas de vencimiento a las plantas de fabricación, los centros de prensado, y al equipo del programa.
- Realizar un seguimiento con las plantas de fabricación para rastrear la implementación de estándares y herramientas oficiales en la producción, una vez que las pruebas USCAR 21, USCAR 38 Y USCAR 45 se completen con éxito
- Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de control de calidad para nuevos lanzamientos trabajando con el cliente y en coordinación con la filial de fabricación
- Coordinar la recopilación del informe resumen de la validación del proceso de crimp (estudio Cpk) de Fabricación. como la documentación de respaldo del PPAP
- Entregar un informe semanal sobre los problemas críticos/emergentes que enfrenta el equipo del programa, incluidas las inquietudes de PPAP y no PPAP. Evaluar los riesgos y recomendar escalaciones si es necesario.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingenieria terminada
- Inglés Avanzado
- 6 años de experiência en puestos similars
- Experiência relacionado con el USCAR 21, USCAR 38, y USCAR 45
- Disponibilidad para viajar
