We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Plant HR Generalist** based in **Torreon.**_ _(E-Systems Division).

As Plant HR Generalist will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Plant HR Manager.

**Your tasks will be**:

- Development, follow-up and closing of the Action Plans resulting from the Service Audits.
- Ensure and coordinate the services to the personnel in Overtime.
- Responsible for the control of supplier personnel files.
- Incident management (shift changes, paid and unpaid permits, vacations, disabilities).
- Coordination of Staff Services (Cafeteria and Transportation).

**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or similar experience.
- Computer package management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources field.
- English Intermediate level.
- Preferably experience with people in charge.
- Good customer service.
- Problem solving skills.
