**Misión del puesto**:
Sé El/La Responsable de supervisar y controlar la operación de servicios de lujo y family concierge para proporcional el servicio personalizado que se ofrece, mediante el cumplimiento eficiente y cálido de los servicios de bienvenida, registro y salida de los/las huéspedes, así como la gestión de su estadía, asegurarás que los servicios ofrecidos cumplan con los estándares de calidad e imagen de la marca. Superas las expectativas del huéspedes sobre el servicio personalizado dando seguimiento y cumplimiento a todas las solicitudes.
**APLICAR SI TIENES...**- Experiência de 2 años en puestos similares como supervisor de recepción o guest service en hotelería de lujo y all inclusive.
- Licenciatura en Turismo, Administración o carrera a fin.
- Inglés Avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Conocimientos sólidos en Sistemas Hoteleros, Excel, Opera, procesos administrativos y operativos.
