**Responsibilities**:
Regional Contracting, Rebates & Pricing specialists drive and follow up on contract execution, manage rebates and accruals, ensure compliant Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) management & support with pricing.
**Key Activities, Accountabilities and Results**:
- Contracting
- Enters in Ariba, pro-actively follows up on approvals/signature and status updates to commercial
- Coordinates contractual terms implementation cross functionally
- Rebates & Commission
- Coordinates & executes accruals incl. monthly/quarterly SOX controls, settlement in alignment with commercial
- Sets-up and maintains commissions incl. quarterly reports (agents), data validation in collaboration with Finance & Commercial
- Third-Party Intermediary (TPI) Management
- Manages TPI onboarding, due diligence, annual certification and 3 year refresher
- Pricing
- Coordinates Surcharge maintenance
- Supports commercial with Q2P
- Coordinates trouble shooting price issues
- Performs SOX Controls (Quarterly) & Idoc validation (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Conducts Q2P Training & Testing
- Massloads Price Changes
- Coordinates Formula Pricing incl. index reports

- Commercial Team, P&L, Finance/Credit/FP&A, CX, S&OP, Legal, Contract Review Meeting Executive, Quality, Tax:
- Ensure optimal alignment on functional processes and practices
- Exchange functional knowledge and experience
- Share trends and customer knowlegde
Qualifications:
**Critical Experiences**:
- SAP/Ariba/BI/SFDC & Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles & base contract/legal understanding
- Understanding of cross functional contract & rebate implications
- Proactive way of communication & support orientation
