About you and this role - What you would do in this role

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaboration with forecasts and sales plans processes.- Follow up customer orders to ensure sales estimates are met; support critical orders /accounts evolution.- Guardian of business figures to support the commercial team; collaborative work with different business units/regions/functions to optimize results.- Active participation in regional meetings providing an overview of the business situation.- Allocation Management: guarantee allocated volumes are covered.- Samples process tracking management.- Participate in business readiness and improvement projects activities.- Follow up and support all updates on CRM (Customer relationship management).- Collaborate with contracts (distribution/rebate) development, execution and formalization in contract tool (Ariba).- Analyze and support the implementation of pricing guidelines; Support with pricing tool (Vendavo).

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Business administration or related fields.- Language's proficiency: English (Advanced), Spanish (Advanced).- Advanced Excel.- Collaboration.- TeamworK.- Analytical skills.- Clear and effective oral and written communication.- Strong initiative and sense of urgency.- Problem-solving, Customer Focus, and Organization.- Ability to deal with multiple priorities

Preferred qualifications- Intermediate Portuguese.- Prior commercial support/customer service experience.- SAP Reporting (DSR) and Power BI.
